Classes

COMING TO A GYM NEAR YOU!

Our classes can be taught in pools or lakes/reservoirs.

Tsunami Fitness Classes are lead by certified instructors and start with the basics then progress:
- Stabilization/Balance
- Endurance/Strength
- Increased proprioception and power

You will learn proper movements, build strength, increase your core stabilization, and work your joints and proprioception. After that, the classes only get more fun with more power and dynamic movements. Some classes may be in a circuit and some you may stay on your board the entire time, if you dont fall off. These classes are challenging but fun!
